The Jason Russell House was the site of the bloodiest fighting during the first day of the Revolutionary War, April 19, 1775. Today it and the adjoining Smith Museum hold collections of the Arlington Historical Society.

William Wilkins Warren rose from childhood adversity to a colorful life that was rich in achievement. This beautifully illustrated lecture will offer a little taste of everything: biography, genealogy, art, architecture, horticulture, politics, commerce and world travel. The wide-reaching, yet intimate, portrait of Warren drawn by Richard Duffy will linger well beyond this special evening.


The lecture will be held at the The Pleasant Street Congregational Church, 75 Pleasant Street, Corner of Pleasant Street and Maple Street.

Admission is free for members. There is a $3.00 fee for nonmembers. Seating is unreserved. The lecture will take place at 8:00 p.m. with doors open at 7:30.
